I have been dedicated to the building trade for over 25 years. Mechanical and structural elements have always intrigued me. I have a vast knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, framing techniques and green building practices. I find this background is beneficial during the design and building process. I have extensive experience erecting timber frame and Structural Insulated Panel homes. I am well versed in the International Building Code and am fluent in new technology and energy saving concepts. Waste management and recycling is also important to me. All site waste and demo is recycled at the ARC facility in Kittery, Maine.
